Description

Implement and support SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for medium to large-scale enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for diverse enterprise clients.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM components.
• Manage access reviews and certifications within the SailPoint platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents under pressure.
• Collaborate with global counterparts in a customer-facing capacity.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint development, support, or implementation.
• SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (Professional or Engineer) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Java debugging.
• Experience with IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, Provisioning, and Health Checks.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and other scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP concepts and directory services.
• Experience with application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
