Description

You will serve as the senior technical lead for SailPoint IdentityNow implementations and support, managing direct customer-facing engagements for large-scale enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SailPoint IdentityNow across diverse industry verticals.
• Manage core IAM concepts including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), provisioning, and health checks.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint IDM components, including custom workflows and forms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents under pressure.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint development, support, or implementation.
• SailPoint IdentityNow Professional or Engineer certification (mandatory).
• Strong Java and J2EE development and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other scripting languages.
• Deep understanding of Access Reviews and certifications within SailPoint.
• Working experience with LDAP concepts and multiple LDAP directories.
• Experience with application and web servers including Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
