Description

You will implement and support SailPoint IdentityNow for medium to large-scale enterprise customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SailPoint IdentityNow across various industry verticals.
• Manage IAM concepts including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), RBAC, provisioning, and health checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during critical incidents.
• Develop and maintain identity solutions using Java.

Required Skills

• SailPoint IdentityNow Professional or Engineer certification (Mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in IAM environments.
• Strong coding and development skills using Java.
• Deep understanding of JML, RBAC, and provisioning workflows.
• Proven ability to perform system health checks.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to manage critical incident resolutions under pressure.

• Any Graduate degree.
