Description

Lead a team of nine offshore resources to drive SailPoint IdentityNow migration and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the phased deprecation of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) functionality and migration to IDN, including system configuration and custom development.
• Design and configure requirements for Non-Human Account Management, CyberArk integration, and application onboarding.
• Build approval workflows, configure JLM, manage access request processes, and oversee the complete lifecycle management process.
• Develop and execute test plans, create test cases, triage defects, and prepare completion reports.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement necessary changes and gather integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• SailPoint ISC Professional or Engineer certification.
• Proven experience managing teams of 7-10 resources.
• Proficiency in Java and JSON programming.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• Experience with CyberArk integration.
• Technical knowledge of JLM.
• Ability to perform bulk data manipulation and account aggregation.
• Experience producing orphan account and role aggregation reports.
