Description

Manage and implement identity management solutions using the SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows, rules, custom connectors, and task definitions within SailPoint IDN.
• Integrate SailPoint with various systems using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.
• Resolve end-user IGA issues and provisioning failures within established SLAs.
• Support application onboarding, user access certifications, and RBAC role implementation.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, procedures, and operational maintenance.

Required Skills

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) platform.
• Proficiency in IT RBAC implementation and management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for identity and provisioning issues.
• Ability to perform monitoring and alerting for key controls.
• Experience managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices.
• Ability to build operational reports and handle ad hoc data requests.
• Experience with change and incident management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting audit control walkthroughs and evidence collection.
