Description

Architect and lead large-scale SailPoint IIQ implementations, defining integration patterns, data flows, and server infrastructure for identity governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement SailPoint IIQ architecture, including high availability and disaster recovery setups on Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
• Develop custom Java connectors, workflows, rules, and REST API endpoints to integrate with enterprise applications and legacy systems.
• Lead greenfield RBAC implementations, including role mining, birthright access, and certification campaigns for 100k+ user environments.
• Architect integrations between SailPoint IIQ and external platforms like WorkDay, SAP, Mainframes, and ServiceNow ITSM.
• Guide engineering teams on SailPoint API usage, database modeling, and best practices for identity governance processes.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience with SailPoint IIQ implementation projects.
• Minimum 6+ years as an architect leading SailPoint IIQ Java connector development and Java API integrations.
• 10+ years experience in SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and full-stack development using SailPoint SDKs and APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domains: JML, RBAC, Recertification, and SOD.
• Experience integrating with enterprise apps (WorkDay, Oracle ERP, SAP, Entra ID) and databases (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, MongoDB, Teradata, MySQL, Postgres).
• Proficiency with AD, LDAP, Directories, JDBC, SQL, Windows, UNIX, Networking, and DNS.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM integrations and scripting in PowerShell/Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Mainframe and legacy mid-range technologies in banking domains.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale (100k+ users) greenfield implementations.
