Description

You will architect and lead large-scale SailPoint IIQ implementations, including greenfield deployments for environments with 100k+ users and 1000+ applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, and custom Java connectors for enterprise integration.
• Architect high-availability and disaster recovery setups for SailPoint IIQ servers on Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
• Lead integration of SailPoint IIQ with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Oracle ERP, SAP, Mainframe, and Active Directory.
• Develop custom workflows, rules, reports, and REST API endpoints to meet specific client requirements.
• Guide engineering teams on SailPoint IIQ APIs, SDKs, and database models to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of total experience with SailPoint IIQ implementation projects.
• 10+ years of experience in SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, and implementation.
• 6+ years leading SailPoint IIQ Java connector development and Java API integrations.
• Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, and full-stack development within SailPoint IIQ contexts.
• Strong knowledge of directories (AD, LDAP), databases (SQL, JDBC, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, MongoDB), and OS (Windows, UNIX/Linux).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM integration, including catalog, servicedesk, and governance connectors.
• In-depth understanding of IGA domain processes: JML, birthright access, RBAC, recertification, and SOD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy mainframe and mid-range technology integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting for automation.
