Description

You will lead development and technical operations for SailPoint IIQ in large-scale enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom rules, workflows, and certification processes within SailPoint IIQ.
• Manage infrastructure maintenance, including system upgrades and patches.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and P1/P2 incident bridge calls.
• Direct technical operations by performing code reviews and instituting coding best practices.
• Advise junior team members on technical implementation and change control.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of SailPoint IIQ development or lead experience supporting 50K+ identities.
• 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
• Experience with OOTB connectors including SAP S4, GRC, Hana, Active Directory, Azure, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, REST, and SCIM.
• SailPoint Engineer certification.
• Strong expertise in SailPoint troubleshooting and incident management.
• Ability to manage technical change control and code quality.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Architect certification.
