Description

Lead identity management operations for enterprise environments exceeding 50,000 identities.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom rules, workflows, and identity certification processes.
• Manage infrastructure maintenance, including system upgrades and patches.
• Lead P1/P2 incident bridge calls and perform root cause analysis for troubleshooting.
• Direct technical operations by performing code reviews, managing change control, and enforcing coding best practices.
• Mentor junior team members on technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SailPoint engineering.
• SailPoint Engineer certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with OOTB connectors: SAP S4, GRC, Hana, Active Directory, Azure, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, REST, and SCIM.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale identity environments.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and incident management.
• Experience with workflow development and custom rule creation.
• Ability to lead technical teams and conduct code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Architect certification.
