Description

Implement and manage SailPoint IIQ solutions on-site in Winston-Salem, NC.

You will own the implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management of identity governance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint IIQ implementation activities and configure identity workflows.
• Design provisioning policies, access certifications, and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
• Drive SaaS migration initiatives, integrating them with existing identity platforms.
• Analyze requirements and document processes aligned with IDAM/IGA practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, focused on SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong understanding of IDAM and IGA concepts, architecture, and frameworks.
• Proven experience implementing RBAC models and managing SaaS migrations.
• Hands-on expertise in SailPoint IIQ lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Security, Cyber Security, IAM, SaaS, Access, and Configuration Management.
• Ability to work independently at a customer site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint certification(s).
• Experience working in regulated environments.
