Description

Lead technical operations and development for large-scale SailPoint IIQ environments supporting over 50,000 identities.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom rules, workflows, and connectors to support identity lifecycle management.
• Manage infrastructure maintenance, including system upgrades and patches.
• Lead P1/P2 incident bridge calls and perform root cause analysis for complex troubleshooting.
• Direct junior team members through code reviews, change control, and the implementation of coding best practices.
• Configure and maintain OOTB connectors for enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SailPoint engineering and development.
• SailPoint Engineer certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4, GRC, and Hana.
• Direct experience configuring Active Directory, Azure, and Salesforce connectors.
• Proficiency with Workday, ServiceNow, Rest, and SCIM connectors.
• Expertise in identity certification processes and workflow development.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Architect certification.
