Description

You will architect, design, and implement large-scale SailPoint IIQ identity governance solutions, leading Java connector development and API integrations for enterprises with 100k+ users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define SailPoint IIQ architecture and lead greenfield implementations, including HRMS integrations, JML, birthright access, and RBAC.
• Develop custom Java connectors, workflows, rules, and REST API endpoints to integrate with enterprise applications and databases.
• Architect high-availability and disaster recovery setups for SailPoint IIQ servers on Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Guide engineering teams on integration patterns, database models, and best practices for identity governance processes.
• Manage dependencies and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to resolve roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, and implementation.
• Minimum 6+ years leading large-scale SailPoint IIQ implementations as an architect.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and SailPoint IIQ APIs/SDKs for custom development.
• Deep knowledge of AD, LDAP, directories, databases (SQL, JDBC), and networking/DNS.
• Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with WorkDay, Entra ID, Oracle ERP, SAP, and Mainframe systems.
• Proficiency in Windows, UNIX/Linux, and scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SailPoint IIQ integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy mid-range technology and banking domain integrations.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills for technical leadership.
