Description

Design and implement enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define identity governance architecture, including joiner–mover–leaver (JML) processes, scalable provisioning, and access certification models.
• Configure and customize ISC components such as identity profiles, lifecycle states, entitlement catalogs, and access profiles.
• Develop rules, transforms, and workflows using ISC APIs and configuration models to automate identity lifecycle management.
• Integrate SailPoint ISC with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors), and cloud apps (AWS, GCP, Salesforce).
• Implement segregation of duties (SoD) controls, role-based access, and audit reports to support regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) is preferred.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth for cloud identity integrations.
• Experience integrating with Azure AD, AWS, and cloud identity providers.
• Deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management concepts.
• Programming skills in Java (for IIQ background), JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
• Ability to work independently in Agile/DevOps environments with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect certification.
• Security certifications in Azure Security or AWS Security.
