Description

You will lead the configuration, implementation, and development of SailPoint IIQ solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint IIQ product configuration, implementation, and development team activities.
• Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades in standalone and clustered modes.
• Map IAM requirements to SailPoint IIQ solutions and integrate enterprise or in-house applications.
• Develop custom connectors for AD, LDAP, DB, and Web Services.
• Customize LCM workflows, user interfaces, and reporting to meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in the Identity & Access Governance domain.
• In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, components, and RBAC frameworks.
• Experience with at least 2-3 full SailPoint IIQ implementations.
• 3-4 years of development experience in a programming language.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Views, Functions, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with application servers including Tomcat and JBoss.
• Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a lead or client-facing role.
• Experience working with international clients.
