Description

You will lead the definition and execution of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture and IAM infrastructure design.
• Translate architecture specifications into low-level component designs and identify necessary IGA customizations.
• Own IDM system integration and collaborate with teams to complete development and customization tasks.
• Assign and review work packets delivered by the technical team.
• Communicate with application teams regarding integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and IGA architecture.
• Proven experience with SailPoint IIQ deployment and configuration.
• Expertise in designing and architecting IGA solutions, including sizing, performance, and clustering.
• Experience integrating applications such as EBS, PeopleSoft, ERP, and AD using OOTB, REST, and SOAP-based connectors.
• Ability to modify OOTB and custom connectors to implement business flows.
• Proficiency in developing workflows, SailPoint connectors, and application rules.
• Strong Java programming skills and deep knowledge of the SailPoint Java API.
• Experience with RDBMS and Directory Server concepts.
• Working knowledge of LLD, HLD, SAML, LDAP, SSL, Load Balancers, and Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing IGA pre- and post-production support using standard operating procedures.
