Description

Lead end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and architect identity governance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, integrating with Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Develop custom workflows, connectors, and integrations using Java, Beanshell, and API frameworks.
• Define access controls, roles, and policies to ensure compliance with SOX and GDPR standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex IdentityIQ issues, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into identity governance processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 10+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, covering installation, configuration, and development.
• Deep knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
• Proficiency in Java and Beanshell scripting.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API development.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, provisioning, certification, and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
• Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, AWS, Azure, and HR systems like Workday or SAP.
• Expertise in role mining, access reviews, and policy management.
• Working knowledge of SOX and GDPR compliance standards.
