Description

You lead SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, manage client delivery, and oversee team activities from the Baltimore office.

You will own the onboarding of multiple applications through connector development, rules, and workflows. You resolve technical queries for internal teams and customers while managing project estimates and progress reporting via dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint. You oversee integrations, development, and operations within the SailPoint ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint IIQ implementations and manage client delivery timelines.
• Direct team leadership activities and manage client interactions.
• Develop connectors, rules, and workflows for application onboarding.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development and Java.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a SailPoint IIQ Lead.
• Strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain knowledge.
• Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations and operations.
• Expertise in developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and connectors.
• Proficiency in client management and delivery management.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage reporting, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
