You will manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for SailPoint IIQ, managing incidents, problem resolution, and troubleshooting identity lifecycle management.
- Monitor system performance, logs, job queues, and connectors to ensure timely execution of provisioning, aggregation, and certification tasks.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to user access, identity sync, role assignments, and provisioning errors.
- Perform root cause analysis on workflow errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams on system patching, upgrades, backups, and data reconciliation with connected systems.
- Support identity governance processes, including access certifications and compliance auditing.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IAM production systems.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) operations.
- Proficiency with Beanshell scripting and Java.
- Experience managing Active Directory and identity provisioning/de-provisioning workflows.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle or SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs.
- Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access certifications.
