Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for SailPoint IIQ, managing incidents, problem resolution, and troubleshooting identity lifecycle management.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, job queues, and connectors to ensure timely execution of provisioning, aggregation, and certification tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to user access, identity sync, role assignments, and provisioning errors.
  • Perform root cause analysis on workflow errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams on system patching, upgrades, backups, and data reconciliation with connected systems.
  • Support identity governance processes, including access certifications and compliance auditing.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM production systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) operations.
  • Proficiency with Beanshell scripting and Java.
  • Experience managing Active Directory and identity provisioning/de-provisioning workflows.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access certifications.
