Description

Manage delivery of large-scale SailPoint IIQ migration projects, ensuring on-time execution within budget, scope, and compliance targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the full lifecycle of SailPoint migration projects from initiation to closure, aligning with business goals.
• Monitor project health, tracking budgets, P&L, resource fulfillment, and risk activities to ensure adherence to SOW.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to manage dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and drive risk management to meet audit and compliance parameters.
• Conduct weekly reviews with project managers to assess status, plan rectifications, and ensure timely resource deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years hands-on experience managing delivery of very large scale SailPoint IIQ migration projects.
• Proven track record as a project manager for SailPoint IIQ implementation and migration.
• Deep understanding of SailPoint migration lifecycle, including typical challenges, issues, and application onboarding.
• Strong background in IAM, cybersecurity, and audit/risk compliance knowledge.
• Knowledge of IT and security standards such as SOX, ISO27001, SOC1/SOC2, COBIT, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Skilled in project financial management, including budget tracking, resourcing costs, and P&L management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems, manage risks, and effectively communicate with leadership and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on engineering, architecture, or BA experience in SailPoint projects.
• Experience in identifying and mapping new growth opportunities with account leadership.
