Description

Lead SailPoint implementation projects using established best practices and the Information Security Project Management Framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements through various analysis techniques.
• Coordinate project planning, reporting, and reviews for complex IT transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and present high-quality slide decks to stakeholders and senior executives.
• Develop project management frameworks suitable for large, decentralized environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business analyst gathering technical requirements.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT transformation projects.
• Direct experience managing information security projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint tools (lists and dashboards), and Microsoft Teams.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working within large, decentralized organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint implementations.
• Experience managing Security Awareness & Training or Vulnerability Management programs.
