Description

You will design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors to support identity lifecycle management.
• Integrate SailPoint with diverse systems for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
• Manage role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM incidents and security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing Active Directory and LDAP directory services.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with database management and troubleshooting IAM-related issues.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
