Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. You lead technical teams to deliver scalable architectures that handle access governance, lifecycle management, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, including installation, configuration, and customization of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems (Workday, SAP), Active Directory, LDAP, SaaS apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow), and custom applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and execute access certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies, and audit reporting to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Develop custom rules, workflows, and task definitions using BeanShell and JavaScript to extend SailPoint functionality and optimize identity aggregation.
• Serve as the technical SME, conducting architectural reviews, performance tuning, and mentoring junior engineers on SailPoint best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP integration.
• Proficiency in developing custom rules using BeanShell and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing REST and SOAP API-based integrations.
• Ability to design role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models.
• Experience with HR systems integration (Workday, SAP) and SaaS applications.
• Understanding of access governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven automation for real-time access management.
• Background in troubleshooting and optimizing complex connector configurations.
