Description

Lead end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, designing identity governance solutions, custom integrations, and access governance frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint IIQ implementation, including installation, configuration, and customization of user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems (Workday, SAP), Active Directory, LDAP, and SaaS apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and execute access certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies, and audit reporting for SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance.
• Develop custom rules, workflows, and task definitions using BeanShell and JavaScript to extend platform functionality.
• Optimize identity aggregation, correlation, and reconciliation processes, providing architectural reviews and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and configuration.
• Strong proficiency in Java-based scripting (BeanShell, JavaScript) for custom rule development.
• Experience integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, and Web Services connectors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Workday and SAP, and SaaS tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of RBAC and ABAC access control models and identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize connector configurations and API-based integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven automation for real-time access management.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and guiding development teams.
