Design, implement, and optimize Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, including installation, configuration, and customization of user provisioning and access workflows.
• Design and deploy role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models, managing entitlements and certification campaigns.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems (Workday, SAP), Active Directory, LDAP, and SaaS apps via REST/SOAP APIs for automated lifecycle management.
• Develop custom rules using BeanShell and JavaScript, optimizing identity aggregation, correlation, and reconciliation processes.
• Execute access certification campaigns and SOD policies to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM, with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong proficiency in Active Directory and LDAP integration.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API-based integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize connector configurations (JDBC, Web Services, Flat File).
• Experience with access governance, lifecycle management, and automation.
• Strong technical leadership skills to guide development teams and conduct architectural reviews.
