Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, including installation, configuration, and customization of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Configure role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models, managing entitlements, access policies, and certification campaigns.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems (Workday, SAP), Active Directory, LDAP, and SaaS apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow) via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop custom rules using BeanShell and JavaScript, and optimize identity aggregation, correlation, and reconciliation processes.
• Design access certification campaigns, SOD policies, and audit reporting to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and configuration.
• Deep expertise in RBAC and ABAC access control models.
• Proficiency in developing custom rules using BeanShell and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP API-based integrations for automated user lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize connector configurations (Flat File, JDBC, Web Services).
• Experience with access governance, lifecycle management, and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Workday, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
