Description

Design, implement, and optimize Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, including installation, configuration, customization, and user provisioning workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems (Workday, SAP), Active Directory, LDAP, and SaaS apps via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design access governance models, including RBAC, ABAC, SOD policies, and certification campaigns for compliance.
• Develop custom rules using BeanShell and JavaScript, and optimize identity aggregation and reconciliation processes.
• Serve as technical SME, guiding development teams, conducting architectural reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and configuration.
• Deep expertise in IAM principles, access governance, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API-based integrations for automated user management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and connector configurations (JDBC, Web Services).
• Experience with Role-Based (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
• Ability to customize workflows and task definitions using BeanShell and JavaScript.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA regulations.
• Knowledge of event-driven automation for real-time access management.
