Good to Have Skills: Experience supporting large enterprise IAM environments, familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar ticketing tools, experience in regulated/high-security environments, strong ownership and accountability, ability to stay calm under incident pressure, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline, collaborative and service-focused mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ operations providing L2/L3 level technical support and resolution.
• Manage and troubleshoot account aggregation processes to ensure proper user data synchronization.
• Handle provisioning workflows and resolve any issues related to user access provisioning.
• Monitor and maintain access certifications to ensure compliance and proper access governance.
• Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) configurations and troubleshoot related issues.
• Monitor system logs and diagnose system-level failures to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes following established ITIL processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in a 24/7 support model to ensure continuous service delivery.

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support with strong understanding of IAM concepts and workflows
