Description

You will manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments and automated marketing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated solutions using Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Configure Audience Builder and manage complex customer lifecycles via Journey Builder.
• Build CloudPages using front-end technologies and AMPscript.
• Develop and maintain marketing assets across all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Audience Builder configuration.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and Guide Template Language.
• Experience with Mobile Connect, Personalization Builder, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to write and implement Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Fundamental understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
