Description

You will bridge the gap between customer requirements and custom tooling solutions by providing technical expertise and liaising between clients and internal design teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs to propose and define custom tooling solutions.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal design and manufacturing teams.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows to represent products and gather requirements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, customer service, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the tooling industry or a related industry.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
