Description

You will manage the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and process builders.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and maintain Sales Cloud functionality.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards to track sales performance and trends.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for sales team members on platform best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align Salesforce with business objectives and assist with system integrations.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and administration.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Proficiency with declarative tools including Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Deep understanding of standard and custom objects, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting platform issues.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
