Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting.
• Develop complex automation using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement declarative automation via Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Models while managing the Salesforce data model.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and manage deployments through Copado CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize performance by adhering to governor limits and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong command of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Data Model, and Data Management tools (Data Loader, Salesforce CLI).
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and CI/CD deployment pipelines (Copado).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance tuning.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Inspector for debugging and data exploration.
• Background in leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
