Description

Provide operational and administrative support to the Field Sales Team in Mumbai. You will manage sales reporting, order processing, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated sales reports for the Sales Head and present electronic data.
• Coordinate sales team schedules, document filing, and internal information flow.
• Process all orders with accuracy and notify clients of unforeseen delays.
• Manage sales-related equipment and assist in organizing promotional materials or events.
• Monitor team progress to identify shortcomings and propose process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Good computer skills).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in field sales coordination.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and organization.
• B.Com or BA in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in sales or marketing.
