Description

You will own outbound prospecting and lead generation to expand the customer base. You will manage junior SDRs, report metrics, and ensure quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social outreach to expand the customer base.
• Nurture inbound leads, qualify inquiries, and identify customer pain points and business value.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Product Consultants and Sales Executives.
• Develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct engagement.
• Manage junior Sales Development Representatives, overseeing their activities, targets, and outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.
• Mandatory experience working with the US Market.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and social prospecting techniques.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Experience using DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Tableau, OpsCon, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for professional client engagement.
• Ability to work the 02 pm - 11 pm (IST) shift.

Preferred Skills

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent requests and time demands.
