Lead sales strategy and execution for Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions targeting multinational corporations in Pune.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients for GCC services.
  • Identify and address specific needs and challenges of multinational corporations expanding their GCC presence in India.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices regarding GCC development and management.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their value proposition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Knowledge of CMMI standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
