Lead sales strategy and execution for Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions targeting multinational corporations in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients for GCC services.
- Identify and address specific needs and challenges of multinational corporations expanding their GCC presence in India.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices regarding GCC development and management.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their value proposition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Knowledge of CMMI standards.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
