You will lead the acquisition and closure of new business deals for BPO and BPM solutions.
Responsibilities
Acquire new business and close deals specifically for Finance & Accounting, document processing, healthcare, insurance, and banking process outsourcing.
Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through networking, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
Hunt for new logos and major accounts while building a dedicated territory using your existing industry network.
Respond to bid documents, review RFPs, and manage legal clauses and supporting documentation.
Identify customer needs, map business strengths, and anticipate escalations to ensure timely intervention.
Required Skills
At least 10 years of sales or business development experience.
Minimum of 5 years selling technology offerings in healthcare payer/provider, F&A, banking, or insurance process outsourcing.
Proven expertise in Business Development and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) and business/industry analysis.
Ability to collaborate with offshore teams and work across different regions.
