Description

Lead acquisition and closure of new business deals for BPO and BPM solutions across Finance & Accounting, document processing, healthcare, insurance, and banking.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through networking, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
• Hunt for new logos and major accounts while building a dedicated territory using your existing industry network.
• Respond to bid documents, review RFPs, and manage legal clauses and supporting documentation.
• Identify customer needs, map business strengths, and anticipate escalations to ensure timely intervention.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of sales or business development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years selling technology offerings in healthcare payer/provider, F&A, banking, or insurance process outsourcing.
• Proven expertise in Business Development and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) and business/industry analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with offshore teams and work across different regions.
