You will drive business growth for industrial laser and machinery products within the Indian market.
Responsibilities
- Create territory sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
- Build contacts with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Execute cold calls and maintain an updated prospective client database.
- Arrange meetings between senior management and prospective clients.
- Follow established procedures for customer acquisition and tender submissions.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and review annual budgets for your assigned area.
Required Skills
- Proven experience selling heavy machinery in Indian markets.
- Technical knowledge of Laser Marking Machines, Laser Welding Machines, and SPMs.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work toward specific sales targets.
- Leadership qualities and a target-oriented mindset.
- Experience with tender submission processes.
Preferred Skills
- Engineering degree combined with an MBA.
