Description
You will drive technical engagement for enterprise clients, managing the full lifecycle from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and design technical solutions.
- Lead enterprise client engagements through demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops, and POC delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate feature requests and influence short- and long-term product roadmaps.
- Provide technical thought leadership across cloud and ML product suites.
- Support post-sales solutions and drive upsell or cross-sell opportunities alongside Account Executives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering.
- Deep understanding of Public Cloud technologies, including CDN, WAF, and DDoS.
- Technical knowledge of video streaming solutions (LiveStream, RTC, VOD) and ML applications (Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI).
- Experience managing technical engagements with C-level and working-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex technical project architectures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Developer experience in front-end (JS/frameworks), native apps (iOS/Android), or back-end microservices.
- Hands-on experience building Deep Learning models.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients in Retail, Media, Entertainment, or Gaming.
