Description
Drive business growth and manage customer relationships for Injection Molding Machines within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging markets, technology trends, and competitor strategies to develop new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts to achieve AOE targets, enhance profitability, and reduce discounts.
- Perform machine sizing and selection based on specific customer requirements.
- Execute the full sales cycle from quotation submission and follow-up to order submission for large machinery.
- Oversee machine delivery, installation, and the collection of balance payments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven track record in generating business and achieving AOE targets.
- Experience in account management and reducing discounts to protect margins.
- Ability to conduct technical machine sizing and selection.
- Strong follow-up skills for quotation conversion and order processing.
- Experience managing large machine orders and installation workflows.
