Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs and craft aligned solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to co-create industrial designs.
• Build sales prototypes using light machining and additive manufacturing techniques.
• Measure and validate technical solutions against client specifications.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on proficiency with light machining, including lathe and milling machines.
• Experience with 3D printing and 3D prototyping for rapid iteration.
• Background in B2B technical sales or engineering support.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and industrial processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
