Description
You will drive territory growth and new business acquisition for heavy machinery in the Indian market.
Responsibilities
- Create territory sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
- Build client contacts and manage a prospective client database through cold calling and lead generation.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and suggest new products or sales techniques.
- Arrange meetings between prospective clients and senior management.
- Manage the annual budget for your area of responsibility and follow company procedures for customer acquisition and tender submissions.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience selling heavy machinery within Indian markets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Sound technical knowledge of heavy machinery.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Any Graduate degree.
