Description

Drive revenue growth by selling customized software development services. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets through timely project closures.
• Execute research-oriented outreach strategies including calls and email marketing to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct sales meetings and manage the end-to-end closure process.
• Monitor performance metrics for data mining and outbound sales activities to identify trends.
• Collaborate with HR to assist in the hiring and selection of new sales team members.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales for service-based customized software development.
• Proven experience in lead generation and data mining.
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of AI, Big Data, and web and mobile app development.
• Understanding of Blockchain technology.
• Ability to identify and document specific client requirements.
• Experience in training team members on effective outreach methods.
