Description

You will own the full sales cycle for software development and SaaS solutions, targeting new business opportunities in the USA market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients by mapping business opportunities and establishing long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored software solutions that address specific client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and market research to contract negotiation and closure.
• Deliver compelling presentations on software development services and demonstrate clear value propositions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular progress reports to management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software sales or business development.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS and offshore software development services.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
