Description

You will manage the organization's Salesforce instances and associated enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce instances, including creating and monitoring sandboxes according to established naming conventions.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and manage account creation and auditing within Salesforce.
• Release code across different sandboxes and production environments using ANT scripts and following the Hughes release methodology.
• Manage the Atlassian Cloud environment, including branching in BitBucket and monitoring usage for Jira, Crowd, Confluence, and Bamboo.
• Build Salesforce Lightning Components based on stakeholder requirements and manage Pardot and DocuSign issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce.
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL queries using Workbench.
• Experience managing Jira, Crowd, Confluence, and Bamboo environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce release methodologies and CI/Jenkins.
• Experience managing Highspot, Outreach, and Clari alongside Salesforce.
• Ability to manage foreign exchange currencies monthly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience.
