• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective prospecting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales management.
• Proven ability to develop business in existing markets.
• Experience in identifying and recruiting sales talent.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
