Description

You will manage the end-to-end sales operations and deal desk functions, focusing on deal structuring, pricing, and contract support.

Responsibilities

• Own the Deal Desk process from deal qualification through to closure.
• Partner with Sales to structure complex deals that align with pricing strategies, margin requirements, and contract compliance.
• Review and approve pricing, discounting, and non-standard terms in coordination with Legal and Finance.
• Design and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, forecasting, deal velocity, and sales rep productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related functions within a global IT services company.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, discount strategies, and revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Proven experience managing complex deal structures for enterprise or global accounts.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US-based Sales teams or customers.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics including ARR, TCV, and ACV.
• Exposure to Quote-to-Cash processes and tools such as Conga, Apttus, or Zuora.
