Description

Support the commercial sales team by managing sales data, improving operational processes, and facilitating new hire onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track and report sales information to support the skincare division.
• Drive process improvements across sales, R&D, regulatory, logistics, and manufacturing functions.
• Analyze data and run reports to enhance existing systems.
• Collaborate with sales and client relations teams to streamline workflows.
• Assist with the onboarding and training processes for new team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a sales operations or sales support role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to manipulate databases to extract and analyze information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical approach to system and process enhancement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using NetSuite.
