Description

Own the gathering, analysis, and publication of standard and ad hoc reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish reports using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
• Run SQL queries within the data warehouse to ensure data accuracy across Informatics, Actuarial, and Finance sources.
• Collaborate with senior management to prepare accurate membership forecasts for multiple lines of business.
• Synthesize information to explain data variances, such as membership changes.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior management meetings.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate analytical environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing new queries and utilizing existing ones.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong statistical and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all management levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Access.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
