Description

Manage the sale of Individual Plans and products to brokers, potential members, and existing members in Murray, UT.

Responsibilities

  • Train and assist brokers with the sale of Individual Plan and Small Employer products, including explaining plans, rates, and options.
  • Educate members on choosing appropriate insurance plans across Marketplace and off-Marketplace options.
  • Coordinate with Enrollment and Billing Departments to ensure accuracy during the sales and renewal process.
  • Manage a specific book of business while assisting other representatives as needed.
  • Input data and update sales automation systems to ensure timely and accurate information.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to interpret changes in legislation and healthcare reform affecting the Individual and Small Employer Plan Market.
  • Experience communicating complex plan details to brokers and customers.
  • Proficiency in using sales automation systems for data entry and updates.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
  • Maintain a monthly average phone audit score of 93.5%.
