Description

Lead Jio Fiber business operations at the unit level, managing end-to-end territory performance. You will drive sales targets, build distribution channels, and handle customer acquisition while coaching your team to meet individual and unit goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business operations within the assigned unit or territory.
• Ensure manpower availability and provide on-the-job training and performance coaching.
• Achieve sales targets for Jio Fiber business at both unit and individual levels.
• Drive sales through general trade, sales partners, and other distribution channels.
• Execute customer acquisition campaigns and secure building or society permissions.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in direct sales team management.
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
• Strong sales orientation and customer focus.
• Effective communication and liaising skills with local authorities.
• Ability to use IT tools for business management.
